I love how you can use it both ways and it is not hard to transition from one to the other. It holds a lot, and is super sturdy! Wheels seem to turn fine, no complications noted.

This is adjustable to lay down and roll or use as a standard Dolly. It's rated up to 400 lbs to so it's a very decent Dolly.

I love that I can use it two ways and it is so easy to push around even with the weight with it.  I will definitely recommend this to everyone that I know.  I am definitely going to get another one so that I can have an extra one as backup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This did come with come assembly required. You will need a 9/16 crescent wrench to tighten bolts after this is put together. It came with easy instructions and all of the parts. Was simple to put together and worked well for moving boxes and furniture. 

I moved a washer and dryer set easily and did not come to the max 400 lbs, but with boxes of books and tools, this was able to carry 200lb easily.
