We have a 68 pound puppy at age 10 months and wasn't sure if this would work for him size wise. It seems to be a good size for him to manage and as soon as I opened up the package, he immediately took it and went to go chew on it. He's been occupied now for the last 10 minutes. I would say it's a win.

I buy these for my Cavapoo and they last for about a year!He chews on his all the time so they are very durable. I let him chew on it until it gets to be small enough it becomes a choking hazard. I sneak the old one away and replace it with a new one.

My coco went to town on this chew toy the second that  I gave it to her. I know that it's great to help keep the tarter from building up on her teeth. I highly recommend this chew toy if your baby is an active chewer.

Great chew toy to remove tarter

My Chihuahua is a heavy chewer. She also has high anxiety. This bone has been the only one that last the longest. She uses it very often. I highly recommend.

The only bone that last long

Very durable my dog loves chewing on it . I hope this keeps her from chewing on something she is not supposed too this  is the second one, she lost her other one.

I've used this product for 3 years now. I previously used the name brand product for 7 years but stopped due to budget constraints.
I was so glad when I found out that this is basically the same only a lot cheaper. No taste difference whatsoever and it dissolves into my morning coffee exactly the same. Thank you Walmart.

The only difference is the price!

Older puppy likes this chew toy. Not sure how it cleans since it is hard, but maybe...Anyway, keeps her occupied for 30 minutes or so.  i think she will lose interest once she discovers that she can't eat it. She prefers Ole Roy large chew bones/retrievers, but they cause constipation (if more than 1 per week). This toy is a good, sturdy temporary alternative.

Good toy chew

I use to buy these in medium and they were perfect, but now they come only in small and large. My dog really likes them but as he chews they do get very sharp to the point his mouth start bleeding and I have to take it away. Large are to big and medium would last longer so not sure why no longer available.

Well, it is a tough bone. No question about that. It's probably the hardest material I've seen for a bone. However, my dog just doesn't like it at all. He likes literally everything and won't touch this bone. It's a shame because it looks quality made and wasn't cheap! I think maybe the shine on it and lack of smell makes it a nonstarter for my dog.

For anyone considering this, it's like a hard plastic type material. Not something that seems made for chewing. Look elsewhere like a durable rubber ball or toy that holds treats like Kong makes. I imagine other brands do as well,  but I only know what I've had and what my sister's dogs have.

I wouldn't know how durable it is or the quality, because not a single dog in our house is interested in this chew toy. I thought my sisters boy pittie might at least chew it for a bit before we'd have to take it away, but he isn't even slightly interested in chewing it. I originally got it for my girl, a chiweenie. There are few toys out here that seem durable wothout having a squeak factor. I'll probably cave and get her a kong toy like the pitties have but in a smaller size. I don't mind squeaking, but the larger dog regards my dog as a toy if she becomes too animated about anything lol.
