The game was bought for my granddaughter. She loves it. The light bugs do come popping out. She is still learning to catch with the nets, but at two years plus she is having fun anyway. Game does exactly what it says and there are some lightbugs that glow as stated. However, not so much during the day, and wish there were more more of them. Overall, pleased the elephant does what it says and it was a good purchase.

Got it on sale for 36$ instead of 50. Not worth the full price. My two year old loves this but the elephants ears fall off and won't stay on, and the air cuts off randomly. But still enjoyable.

Just like old times

This game was recommended to me by a friend who has five grandchildren--it is a fun toy, but the little butterflies that shoot out of the elephant's trunk come fast and furious and then . . . nothing. An adult must sit and feed the tissue butterflies through a slit in the trunk one-by-one (tedious), or turn-off the game, remove the top, collect all the butterflies, and re-insert them. Having said all of that, the kids LOVE this game and play it for long periods of time. When the kids get a bit older, they can gather and feed the beast.

Fun, but over too quickly

The piece that holds the ears in is rubbery and difficult to put in the hole they go in.  If you don't use the ears or they fall out,  the butterflies don't come up as well. Other than that,  it is a fun game.  It is not exactly how I remember as a kid,  but my daughters love it

But our elephants ears do not go in good or easily  
Then when I do get the ears in right they  fall of really easy  and have to stop the entire game to fix it

This is a remake of the original.  The butterflies don't fly out like in the original one.  
Sadly disappointed.

My toddler likes this but it doesn't work very well. The butterflies struggle to fly out and it has to be setup perfect with lots of trunk squishing for them to all fly out

My kids had an Elefun when they were little and it was their favorite. I work at a school that has preschool to grade 6. I wanted to do a fun activity with our preschool special education students. It was soo disheartening and disappointing to see that it didnʻt work. I bought 2 and tried both. The fan is weak and it took soooo long for just one butterfly to come out and when it did, it just flopped down, the old one flew out - you had fun going around to catch it with the catcher. I paid $50  for each. How sad that I spent my own money for kids to have fun and this is what we got. I requested a refund from the seller, so I shall see.

Disappointed and Sad

The Elefun Toy did not work the blower was too weak to blow the butterflies out of the Elephant's trunk and I used 4 C-size  $15.00 Duracell batteries as recommended
