For the price, excellent quality product, strong and durable. I initially purchased a cheaper product, which broke upon first use. (Mallets of poor quality and balls too heavy)

Just perfect, perfect size, perfect robustness

Perfect

Very good value for money. Far better quality than other 'cheaper' sets on the market.
The Brass fittings ensure that the mallets don't loosen (like their wood-threaded counterparts).
The length of the handles are perfect for adults.
I'm not a professional player, so I can't compare this set to ones that cost several hundred dollars. However, as a casual player, I really love the sleek look - feels like a premium product.

Best Croquet Set I've ever played with.

This set is well made and very sturdy. We haven't played yet but put it in the very nice carrying/storage case. It has a place for everything inside and has Velcro to keep the pieces from moving.

This set is legit

Excellent quality! The mallets are easy to assemble, and they look and feel great! Every piece (including the carrying case) looks like it will last. I'm so glad I paid a little more than I had planned to, and got this deluxe, full-size set.

Get THIS Set

It is as depicted.  Quality game pieces and love the bag that holds all the game pieces.  We have not played with the game yet but it is well worth the money.

Time to play Croquet!

Received the item on time and in good condition. During the initial setup we found one of the mallets to be broken, the brass base in the mallet head was stripped out. I believe that a little glue will solve the problem, but for the money I do not think it is a problem that I should have to deal with.

Minor problem

One mallet broke the first time using.  The screw broke off from the handle.  Why would they use such a small screw to connect the handle from the hitter?   Should be a full wooden screw in.
Our old set has lasted for 33 years, other than the rubber circles around the mallets.

Don't bother to buy.

2nd time playing the brass tips came off two handles.
