I originally got a medicated shampoo for psoriasis, which involved leaving the 1st shampoo on for 2 minutes, then another lather to finish.  I still had some sores that itched on my scalp and neck, and it was awkward doing all of this in the shower.  The Head & Shoulders clinical strength shampoo is marvelous!  One shampoo done normally, no waiting time or repeat, and NO ITCHING.  The small, itchy sores have gone away.  LOVE THIS PRODUCT.

I dont have dandruff but I do get itchy scalp from my pregnancy and this does wonders. My husband and daughter love it as well, and I was very surprised I dont need to follow up with a conditioner after my curly/wavy color-treated hair. Super soothing and surprisingly moisturizing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received the product, the weather was changing where I live. Summer had just began and when that happens, I usually suffer from dry scalp. When the weather goes from chill in the morning to already 80+ degrees, it affects my scalp. After two consecutive days of using the product, it completely went away. I wanted to make sure that it wasn't a placebo effect, so I stopped using the shampoo for a week, and it completely came back. I started alternating days, and it went away by the third day i used it. Most of the time, I have to wait at least a week to see results, but this time it was almost immediately. The shampoo it does not smell too chemically, but I do wish it had a more, better lasting scent. It works great and I can definitely agree to promote this product, because it works!

This shampoo works wonders!!

I am extremely disappointed with the recent formula change to your product. After using the original formula for many years without issue, the new version caused immediate redness and irritation to my skin and eyes. The added menthol is harsh, unnecessary, and completely unsuitable for sensitive skin.

What makes this situation even more unacceptable is that the formula change was not clearly disclosed on the bottle. There was no visible indication that the product had been reformulated. This is misleading to long-time customers who reasonably expect consistency when purchasing a familiar product. Had the change been clearly stated, I would not have purchased it.

This change has rendered the product unusable for me. As a long-time customer, it is frustrating to see a formula that worked well for so many people replaced with one that causes discomfort and adverse reactions. Because of this change and the lack of transparency surrounding it. I will no longer be purchasing or recommending Head & Shoulders products.

I strongly urge your company to bring back the original formula. Ingredients such as Manuka honey, which has well-documented antifungal properties, were far more effective and far gentler than the current formulation.

This formula change, and the way it was handled, has cost you a loyal customer. I hope your company takes customer feedback seriously and reconsiders this decision.
