I love this product. I spray it in my hair dry before I curl it. It protects my hair from the heat of the curling iron and also helps my curls hold so much better. So I dry my hair, spray this all over (only a few sprays), curl my hair, then brush the curls out.

I have . this product for quite some time.  I find it THE BEST PRODUCT to use when initialing blow drying my hair until it is damp and can air dry.  It helps keep my hair from drying out when using any heat on it.  Great price at Walmart as well.
