Cetaphil facial wash

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I used this product to wash my face and it does just that. I love that it's gentle and not too harsh as my skin is more sensitive at the moment. I appreciate that it seems to exfoliate however I don't always love having those little beads in a cleanser which  is why it's 4 stars instead of 5. All in all the product does what it says it does and I plan to continue using it!

Great at cleaning the skin!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I switched from the regular daily cetaphil cleanser to try this one. As a cleanser, it's great. My skin doesn't feel tight after using it, blemishes are less noticeable and overall my skin is looking quite a bit nicer. 

If this cleanser were sold without the jojoba beads, I would buy that version in an instant. There aren't enough beads to act as an exfoliator - I only get a few in the amount I use to wash my face - and the other advertised effect, where they melt into your skin, just doesn't happen. The beads don't melt, they stay as hard little beads and then wash down the drain. 

Overall, great cleanser, but the jojoba beads are a gimmick.

Great cleanser, the jojoba beads are just for show

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this cleanser complementary for my honest review of the product. This cleanser is non-stripping and good for sensitive skin, I had no issues with incorporating it into my regular routine. However, it does have these exfoliating jojoba beads that I'm not that huge of a fan of because it can be abrasive if you rub too hard - it claims that the beads melt into your skin but I had trouble with being able to break them down while lathering. I can look past it since the formula is otherwise quite nice on the skin. It has the classic “non-scented” medicinal skincare product scent but it's not too off putting. I wouldn't switch off my current cleanser but this could be great for someone who is still testing out cleansers to figure out what works best for them. The bottom line is, I would recommend this product.

Non-drying simple cleanser

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I think this cleanser worked really well for me! My only negative is that it has little micro beads in it. Some of them would go away when you lathered in your hands but others wouldn't and I prefer not using a physical exfoliator on my face like that. Other than that It made my skin feel nice and hydrated so I still enjoyed the product

I was concerned it was going to be very gritty but the texture was perfect. I didn't feel like I had to scrub too hard. It kept my face feeling soft and not dry

Can irritate sensitive skin conditions

Acrylates are not recommended for contact with your skin. It's the same plastic polymer that they use in gel nails. I'm not sure why the company thought it was a good idea to include microplastic beads in this cleanser but I won't be purchasing it again.

I do not have dry skin. This product dried out my skin so that it was very tight and irritated after washing. It tore up my skin causing crusty red patches and tiny bumps all over my face for weeks. Very painful all the time. I could not figure out why they were not healing after 6 weeks. I thought it was something I was eating, but I just figured out that it was this stupid cleanser. Don't buy it or use it. If I posted a picture of my face, it might make people vomit. I am so angry at this 'healthy skin" company.
