Heavenly Sword is a beautiful game with excellent sword combat and shear carnage throughout the entire game. If you own a PS3 GET this game. Think of it as a female God of War.

i love this game. it is hard to get all three point for every section but it is the funnest game i have ever played. the only problem i have is that it is hard at some points and a little short. if you play non-stop, you'll get about 6-7 hours of play. overall it is FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can not begin to say how great tis game is. The graphics are amazing, and the characters move very lifelike. The facial expressions are possibly the best ever for a video game. The heroine is easy to love for her fiery spirit, and bravery. The gameplay is insane. With all of the action on screen, the framerate still keeps up. The story evokes emotion from the player. It is just a awesome game to experience. BUY THIS GAME!!!

One of the greatest gaming accomplishments ever...

My teenaged boys love the graphics and theme of this PS3 game. The music is well-written and easy on mom's ears! This game allows the players to develop characters: costumes, weapons, etc. They earn skill-sets to accomplish specific tasks and misssions. Very complicated for us - but easy for teens! They love it!!!

Heavenly Sword

This is a totally great game. It is about time that there is another female based kill em all game. The backgrounds are amazing,the voice acting is amazing, and the puzzles are just enough of a challenge to make them fun (not tear out your hair hard like God of War). The only downside is that the game is only like 6 hours long, totally too short.

Great Graphics

This was a very fun game. Button smashers unite! Finished the game fairly quickly but it was a lot of fun beating the tar out of everyone. Shooting was a bit tricky to get used to but once you do, WATCH OUT!

A lot of fun

Need i say more. But if i had to i'd say that this game is beatiful to look at and even more to play. I thought this game was awsome in the previews, and it surpassed my expectations. GET THIS GAME NOW!!

Goddess of war!

Maybe not the best game I've ever played, but it would deffinantly be in my top 20 of all time. The game has pretty good graphics, great story, and great gameplay. Also has the best use of Sixaxis control I've seen, its not perfect, but it's pretty good and fun. The game has similar traits to God of War such as combat styles of the sword, but is not quite on God of War's level yet. The only problems I had were that the Second boss fight (maybe like 40% through the game) was the hardest "smaller boss" and "smaller bosses" after the 2nd were very easy. The last boss fight (which comes in 3 levels) was pretty hard after the 1st stage, and took me many tries. Game does get a little repeative with the fighting, but really doesn't take any fun away. Good game, just buy it.

Pretty good.

The main character is voiced by Anna Torv (Olivia from Fringe). Also the main antagonist is voiced by the actor who portrayed Gollum from Lord of the Rings. Overall similar play style to God of War. Fair amount of AfterTouch action, in which you can guide an arrow or other object after you have launched it, which is unique. Beautiful scenery.

Excellent voice acting, intriguing story line

Amazing visuals and gameplay. The only problem I had was that after beating the game and accessing the harder version, I found it to be not that challenging. The use of the siaxis controller for "after touch" was a great addition that I look forward to seeing in other games but aside from that feature it plays just like the God of War titles. What I mean is that its fun the first time around but there is really nothing else to look forward to after you have beaten the game.
