Has a lasting hold in outdoor conditions.

Can be super strong, but also struggles in some cases.

I didn't realize how strong one little strip of this would be, it's excellent. I didn't want to drill holes in our door to mount a doorbell camera. I thought that this double sided tape might do the trick and I was right! It only took a little one inch strip and the doorbell camera feels very secure.

I utilized this to attach some 'anti-bird spikes' to the top of my door frame as birds have been landing there making my exit door unusable, not to mention unsightly with 'droppings'.  This worked great to hold the spikes in place and no more birds.  I'm sure I'll find other uses for it in the future.

Worked great for me

once you get this know you're not removing it easily because the glue literally melts into the surface once it's on for awhile

We have really thin windows and they sweat making it hard for our wireless alarm to be adhered to the window. I got these because they are indoor/outdoor. They are holding up the monitors on the window just fine, even in the cold and wet.

Holds what it should

Item worth the extra cost due to performance.  The strength and bond does the job nicely.

Bonds Tight for Rain

Works great.  Using it on a closet wall length mirror

mounts my door ring camera securely in hot and cold weather and easy to remove  from apartment wall

I used it for various repairs, one of which required more strain on it than it could handle.  It apparently is rated at 2 lbs/inch making it ok for very light duty applications.

Not for heavier duty applications

I bought this to help hang my curtains. I have brick walls behind paneling, so I can't drill holes. The tape did not hold at all. even after letting it set for 24 hrs to bond completely. It just fell and peeled off my walls. So I ordered T-rex all surface weatherproof mounting tape. I didn't have a 24 hr bonding period, and it held up with no problems. Gorilla mounting tape didn't live up to the expectations and hype I hear about all the time.
