PART OF SAMPLING PROGRAM    I've been very satisfied with these Hefty garbage bags and would definitely recommend them. One of the standout features is their durability. Even when the bag is filled with heavy kitchen waste, it holds the weight extremely well without stretching, tearing, or feeling like it might give out. Despite being full, I'm still able to twist and tie the bag easily, which is something I've struggled with when using thinner or lower-quality bags.

Another major plus is odor control. Once the bag is tied, smells do not transfer or leak out, even when the garbage is full. This makes a noticeable difference in keeping the kitchen fresh, especially when disposing of food waste.

Leak protection is also excellent. I've had wet waste and liquids in the bag, and there has been no water leakage at all. The bottom stays intact, and there are no weak spots or signs of tearing, even after extended use.

Overall, these bags are strong, reliable, and well-made. They perform exactly as expected and provide great peace of mind when handling heavy or messy trash. I would absolutely recommend these Hefty garbage bags to anyone looking for a durable, leak-proof, and odor-resistant kitchen trash bag.

Reliable and Durable Kitchen Garbage Bags

It came in a heavy full box. It's durable and dependable for everyday kitchen waste. The bags are thick enough to resist tears and leaks, even with heavier scraps and disposables inside (like old clothes, shoes, etc when doing a seasonal full-house cleaning). I find they open easily and fit well in standard kitchen bins, staying secure around the rim without slipping down when filling. The white colour looks clean and neutral in the kitchen, and the capacity holds a generous amount of waste between changes. I can even fit an old duvet alternative comforter into it. Overall, these bags make kitchen cleanup simpler and give confidence that they won't break unexpectedly, making them a practical choice for regular household use.

I really like this size of the Hefty Garbage bags. I use it for the larger-sized can in my kitchen. I ideally get rid of the trash daily but it's large and strong enough to contain 2-3 days worth of regular, non-smelly waste.

Quality Garbage Bags

PART OF SAMPLING PROGRAM  I was pleasantly surprised at strength of these bags. I used them for regular kitchen waste, including a major cleaning of my fridge and they held solid and semi-liquid waste that was fairly heavy with no leaks. These bags are superior to other types of bags I have used, and feel slightly thicker. Garbage is only collected every two weeks at my place, and the bags hold up well over that time with no issues. The white bag is translucent, and makes it difficult for others to see what is in your garbage. They tie off easily.

Strong and does the job

I was skeptical at first due to how thin the plastic seemed but they ended up holding a large amount of garbage without tearing or leaking. The plastic was flexible which allowed space for larger items.  I found the 4 prong tie handles to be especially helpful at tying up the bags when they were really full. A good product overall.

Overall, these bags are reliable and ideal for everyday use.
