Got these 4 my husband's heartburn. Love that theyre made in Canada & look like regular capsules. No weird smell/taste. We try eating healthy & avoiding unnecessary meds, always looking 4 natural solutions. Research shows they help but not everything works 4 everyone. Really happy 2 have natural option 4 his heartburn. Will update later bout effectiveness. Not in glass so had 2 transfer 2 glass bottle. Glass way better 4 storing medicine/supplements/vitamins etc. Disappointed bout no glass but lots companies dont bother. Must take with food & even tho says 2 daily with meals he'll only take as needed. We'll see how long 120 caps last...

Need food with these...

These seem 2 work bit 4 me so far. Gonna keep taking 2 see if get more better. Like that no extra stuff in product, ingredients clean n seem good quality. Good that bottle has real NPN number. Important cuz supplements in Canada need valid NPN 2 show they tested 4 safety n if they work.

Mastic gum

Just learned about mastic gum benefits recently and heres what I think about this version:First off, you just swallow these instead of having to chew gum which is way easier.Also good that it has a Health Canada number so you know whats in it is legit.Really like that its third party tested and made in Canada.Good value with 120 pills since I only take them before meals that might upset my stomach.When I take 2 pills before eating stuff that usually bothers me, no stomach issues at all. So seems to work exactly like they say.Happy with this and think its worth the money for when I need it.

Better than chewing the gum

Used 2 have desserts n Turkish coffee w/ mastic gum n loved smell n taste. Smell/taste was main thing, nobody talked bout health benefits so excuse if question claims.However cant really test supplements just using at home; so wont talk bout if this works but u can look up mastic gum benefits online.Comes in caps easy 2 swallow. Can see size comparison in photo w/ this cap on left n One-A-Day tablet on right. Caps bout same size as One-A-Day tablets. Cap forms usually easier 2 swallow than tablets. No smells/aftertaste when using; but interesting smell in bottle if u check. Smells more chemical-like n disappointed cuz love mastic gum smell n wish they had that.Bottle label says "operated", "owned", "prepared" in Canada but not sure if made there. Product page says "made in Canada" tho. Has NPN number verified licensed Dec 2023. License only 4 this brand name. Shows Herba Health Inc as holder.NPN page only lists 1 medicinal ingredient. Risk Info has:"Cautions and WarningsAsk doctor if symptoms continue/worsen. Miss the mastic smell

Really miss the mastic gum aroma

PSA - capsules are small but expand with moisture - try putting one in water to see. Could be choking risk if gets stuck! Takes while to absorb water too so outside might gel up while insides still powder. Like konjac fiber if youve used that.Maybe why people use for stomach issues, expands in stomach maybe coating it? Haven't choked on any but drink lots water with it and be careful.

Warning if swallow problems

First warning dont take empty stomach. Overall feel bit better short time using this product. Twice tried empty stomach trying help hunger when fasting. Both times came back up bad!Not saying definitely happen you but my experience. Still taking with food help digestion seems work that way. Heard basic idea slows digestion helps things for you. Stomach keeps food longer than would which heard same goal as popular weekly shot right now. Unlike that shot mastic gum doesnt paralyze stomach do its thing. ALL THIS what people say about these products. If true tried both sticking with mastic gum. Always check doctor your results may vary. Not doctor review never medical advice.

Seems work good

First time trying mastic gum. Not totally sure about health benefits yet but can say it doesnt smell or taste weird and easy to take no problems. Sometimes react to new stuff so was careful but no bad effects at all. Need more time to see if it helps health wise but seems like good quality.
