I've loved Herbal Essences since the 70's-remember the only kind was the dark green, but smelled so good.  I've tried just about every "flavor' and have been happy with all of them.  I have long hair so it is important to have a great conditioner, and this one fits the bill.  I pair it with the matching shampoo.

Great conditioner- love it! Sadly they are discontinuing the larger bottle, so it's hard to find right now. Hopefully the reverse this decision. I've been using this for years and love the smell and how soft my hair is

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only issue I have is I'm unable to find this item at my local Walmart had to order online.

One pump was broken when the girl Went to put it in my car. She asked me if I would like another one and went in the store and got one for me. Also, this odd my preferred brand

Just like the shampoo it's got a very citrusy orange smell to it and makes your hair smell wonderful and it is very good on colored hair I have bleached hair with color in it blonde if you will and it really makes my hair feel fluffy and nice

This conditioner works great on my fine hair.  It makes my hair less frizzy from broken ends and gives a healthy shine.

This shampoo does exactly as it says it does, with full volume and feels really clean and smells really good.

Perfect shampoo

Smells amazing, but felt like it was just a little too drying. I think if you have oily hair, this could be great, but I tend to have dry scalp and it just dried it out more.

Not for me

I used this product for over 10 years. It was awesome. Smelled great and gave great volume. They changed the formula in January 2020 and the new stuff is terrible. It leaves my hair flat and oily and the first thing my 4 year old asked me after I showered was Why does your hair smell like garbage? Avoid this waste of money. I tried it for a month to give it a fair shot, but its going in the garbage.
