My sons skin cannot handle soaps with strong perfume. This is an acceptable alternstive to a teenage boy.

had to find another shampoo after the one I liked altered the formula. this one smells clean. def cuts through oil and hair product, but isn't as strpping as another. be prepared to use a tiny bit if conditioner.

i love the smell of tea tree oil and many years ago used to get some that would fill the shower with smell. this stuff has hardly any smell at all. it's otherwise entirely normal shampoo that works fine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think Herbal Essence products generally smell amazing, and I really love the scent of this shampoo. Unfortunately, I don't think this one is for me. After washing, my hair feels super dry, and even with double washing, my scalp still doesn't feel refreshed or really clean. It's oddly drying without giving that fresh, clean feeling I look for in a shampoo. Overall, I think this could work better for someone with very oily hair.
