i swear by this conditioner now.  I have tried multiple brands throughout the years, everything from Suave to Tressme and other high priced products, and have always been dissatisfied.  This stuff I barely need to use much and any tangles seem to magically disappear!

Wish I could say I hate it

I've been struggling to find a decent rinse-out conditioner & most of my previous experiences were not convenient. Up until I bought this product; which is Satisfying & Affordable.

This was my go to. My absolute favorite. Better than any expensive or professional hair product. My hair always felt so soft and smooth and detangled with lots of shine. However, this is not the same product that I'm used to. Idk if they changed the formula but I'm very disappointed. It doesn't smell as good and was watered down and most importantly did nothing to detangle or soften my hair. In fact my hair felt slightly drier and frizzier. I've seen many people complain about changing the formula. Please, Herbal Essence team, hear our complaints and give us back the old formula we loved!!!

Unfortunately I have a weird rxn to the chemicals listed in the ingredients list. I usually love Herbal Essence for their smell/scents, colours, packaging, no parabens, etc. ! Now it has some weird ingredients added....methylisothiazolinone, etc.

I have naturally coarse un colored hair that is frizzy in this Louisiana humidity. Tried this product, because so many people could evidently afford it. Therefore, more people have reviewed. Unfortunately, I still look like a shaggy homeless mess even after two additional products for frizz, and anti-frizz to help tame my main. I have had it for a little over two weeks and unfortunately I have had no improvement in hydration. Smells good and hair feels soft while wet. Drying and other products don't help with hydration. Would love to know what to try next.

Thirsty hair Do Care

What is the purpose of adding artificial dyes to this product?  My spouse has been using it, while it may small nice, I'd be afraid to use it for fear it will alter my lighter hair color, especially after the discoloration damage done to my white sealed marble tile.

Bottle was delivered with ripped plastic. used in once and  this product gives me headache.. maybe because i am over sensitive and some ingredient doesnt suit me.
