I love how soft and clean my hair is after using this coconut oil shampoo & conditioner. I'm particular about the shampoo & conditioner I use as my hair is past my waist. This one is absolutely fantastic! Plus, I always get compliments on how healthy my hair looks!!

Why are you saying it's the same? It's not! You had coconut milk now coconut oil. That is a big difference and it would have been nice if you kept the coconut milk. Sorry you lost a customer, not like you care with the amount of money you make off these products.

Go back to the coconut milk formula! The coconut oil is horrible. It doesn't clean or condition at all. Been using the coconut milk formula for years and years. Will be looking for a different brand now!

Have used Herbal Essence Coconut for years. This change to coconut oil leaves my fine hair heavy and oily and flat. Not as moisturizing as the coconut milk. Please bring back the previous formula
