Just enough give to support your legs without cutting off circulation. Keeps your legs above your heart, stops all swelling. Mine is more comfortable than the wedge used at the clinic I go to twice a week. Highly recommended.

Firm, yet comfortable

Once I got it out of the package it started filling up with air. After waiting for 24 hours to use it, the foam was nice and firm. It's even wide enough for a couple more pillows to put on top. The way it slopes down fits under my legs nicely and it doesn't move around on the bed easily. It stays put and I like that. The cover needs to be put on the foam as soon as you take it out of the box otherwise you're going to have a hard time getting that thing on.  The cover doesn't fit snug and has a little bit of wiggle room. I love it and glad I bought it.

Worth buying

This pillow is amazing. I bought for sciatica nerve flare up usage. I wish I had bought it before now.

Exactly as described. Full size within a half hour of removing from packaging and fit perfectly in pillowcase provided. Works great.

True to description and size.

This is the perfect size for my recliner.  I have swelling in my ankles and feet.  My recliner does not lift my legs high enough to combat the swelling.  This does the trick.  I gave it four stars because the cover is difficult to put on.  I broke the zipper on the first try.  I have to see about getting a few replacement covers.

This did not come with a cover as described.  The foam has started coming apart.  The size is good and does provide relief and i would have given it 5 stars if it came with a cover to protect the foam.

good, but is falling apart

Was not as comfortable as everyone had said!  I purchased it for my mother and she did not like it!   I use it as well to see and it was very uncomfortable for me as well!   I would not purchase again!
