I have been using this cleanser for years and years now. It is the holy grail that saved my skin. I just was searching to buy a new one and I can't find it anywhere. Please, bring it back this is a staple in my skin care and I am so sad to have to research for a new one. I can't find one with ingredients like this. So so so sad.

I'm not someone who knows much about beauty products or makeup. The thing is I had a really hard time finding the right face wash for a long time, that doesn't harm my skin, with natural ingredients, and is affordable. It has been really difficult since hero has not brought back this face wash. I have tried other cleansers and it has not only been expensive but also has not worked. Please, I beg of you hero bring back this jelly cleanser.

Please Bring It Back

I started using this a few months ago and I was literally able to get down to a two step routine with just this and your prebiotic moisturizer. Please bring both products back with the same recipe. I have not found any other products that work as well with my acne prone skin and I was so disappointed when I went to go restock to find out they are being discontinued. If it's due to tariffs, I know I'm willing to spend a little more to get the same product. This cleanser was a life changer. 💔

please bring it back!! i spent so long looking for a skin care system that i didn't react poorly to and also worked. i haven't had a single breakout since i started using this, and now i can't find it or anything similar anywhere. 

i was just getting into a good relationship with my skin and skincare too. 

don't discontinue this. it's so amazing :(

this is the best face wash i've ever used

I used this face wash in 2023 for the first time and my face cleared after like 2 weeks, then when I could find it anymore I tried other products and nothing works like this face wash, I neee this exact formula please hero cosmetics, it is the only thing that works

I need this facewash back

This cleanser has the BEST ingredients and is so affordable! The only drugstore type cleanser that does not contain any hidden pore-clogging ingredients and really works to clean the skin! Please please please bring it back!!!! And in a huge size so we can stock up!

Bring It Back

I spent MONTHS trying different cleansers to get my acne under control until I found this one. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring this cleanser back! It's literally the only face wash I have found, a long with the toner and moisturizer, that keeps my acne under control and me loving my skin. Please bring this back, I am devastated that I can't find it anywhere!!

Amazing!

I'm a first time use of hero cosmetics. This cleanser is so good that I came here to look at other products similar to this one, then realized my cleanser that I've been using day and night isn't here or anywhere else for purchase. 

I don't like inconsistency and won't even bother looking at other hero products now. I spend a lot of money on good skincare. What a shame.

Please bring back the exfoliating Jelly Cleanser! It is very good, and I don't understand why you would want to mess with a great thing. By the time you make a decision, many of us will have moved on to other products. Please listen to your customers!

BRING IT BACK!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, dont get me wrong--the set works great! except i didnt realize you were supposed to use sunscreen, so after around a month or so I relized i had begun to get so many tiny dark spots on my face. After looking again at the packaging, I realized that you were supposed to use sun protection! Ugh! Ive totally destoryed my skin and im honestly freaking out bc I dont think it will be back to pre-hero normalcy. please make the sunscreen warning clearer so this doesnt happen to other people!!!!
