I've always loved MightyPatch as a brand since they've come to Canada, but found they lacked larger options for large breakout areas. I am so thankful these were introduced! Hero cosmetics mighty patch xl covers large areas with pimples even back too . Patches sticks really well whole night and even it change colours after absorbing oil and dirts from skin .its helps for breakout I recommend it I wish price should be cheaper

These are large for sure! And a little pricey so what we did because my daughters and I didn't have to use the entire patch in terms of the surface, we cut them according to size and they still worked great. We tend to get some whiteheads on our shoulders and upper back here and there so it's a good solution for occasional breakouts.

Not an everyday luxury but works well

I recently bought the Hero XL Body Patches to help with some stubborn acne. I applied the patch on clean, dry skin, went to bed, and woke up to noticeable results. These hydrocolloid patches definitely speed up the healing process. I also appreciate that I can cut the larger patches into different sizes to make them last longer. My only complaint is the price—these are expensive, so it's best to wait for a sale.
