I used one today for only 3.5 hours (half the time suggested) and the amount of gunk it pulled out of not only the whitehead but the pores around it and the amount it minimized my pimple in just this short time was impressive. I highly recommend!

these are amazing

mighty patch

You would think at 70 my days of pimples would be long gone. Nope, every now and then I'll wake up with a zit. And , of course, usually in an obvious place. This time it was beside my ear. Not noticeable but sore. I bought a small pack of Mighty Patches. Where were you when I was a teenager? Clearasil was about the only product available and it didn't work as well as we all wished. I wore a small translucent patch for two days and no more spot! My skin can be a little sensitive but this patch did what I'd hoped without irritating my skin at all! Thank you!

A pimple at my age? Really?

I love these patches. I have been trying these "zit" patches by various brands. Hero is one of my favorites. Hero is a bit more expensive than some of the others I have tried, but they adhere well and blend into my skin. It is not obvious when I am wearing them. I only wear them when I am at home, but I have gone out shopping and realized that I still had one or two on my face. They blend in so well it is very easy to forget to take them off before leaving the house.

They work!

These are great for clearing out a pimple on its way out. If the blemish is just starting, these don't help. If you're in the healing stage though these are magic. They get any remaining gunk out while reducing swelling and redness

Works magic on blemishes

This is the only patch I will be using for as long as I have Pimples. It is so effective and affordable. I usually use one when needed before I go to sleep and when I wake up the pimple is gone. I recommend it for all of my friends to use!

My Favorite Pimple Patch!

I am in my 50s but still get acne and other skin problems. Mighty Patch™ The Original was the first brand of acne patches I've ever tried, and so far, the best.

The original and the best

Absolutely love these I received these to try out when I ordered the deep “microdart patch and love them especially to use overnight they completely got all the gunk out of my pimple will most definitely be ordering these next time around. I love the fact that they give you something to try which makes it so much easier deciding what brand to get. The hero mighty patches are my all time favorite. Next I'd love to try is the extra large patch. Keeping my fingers crossed. Thanks again for a wonderful product!!!

Original mighty patch

I have been using another brand for a while but have heard great things about these so I gave them a try. I think they just have a really good marketing department, I found them to be far too thick so they didn't move with my skin causing the edges unstick, they're also far less discrete than other brands due to their thickness & colour. Left a sticky residue on my skin & had to treat the same spot 3-4 time's. I went through them really quickly due to this which is disappointing. I won't buy these again.

Noticeable & Ineffective

It speeds up the healing of pimples with whiteheads but not the type that's under the skin. If you have multiple breakouts, this package will not last over a month. I wouldn't use it in my regular skin care routine. Maybe for emergency treatment before a big event.
