All pimple patches are just hydrocolloid, so they work basically the same way and most are similarly effective for me. However, I find that these stick well, are thin and comfortable (I don't notice that I'm wearing them), not super noticeable, and absorb a lot of gunk!

Really good pimple patch

I love these patches. I have been trying these "zit" patches by various brands. Hero is one of my favorites. Hero is a bit more expensive than some of the others I have tried, but they adhere well and blend into my skin. It is not obvious when I am wearing them. I only wear them when I am at home, but I have gone out shopping and realized that I still had one or two on my face. They blend in so well it is very easy to forget to take them off before leaving the house.

They work!

These patches are a life saver I always grab the biggest box I can when I need to restock. Whenever I feel a troubled spot coming on I know throwing a patch on overnight will prevent it from even starting. I've been using them since high school and turned my sister onto these patches because they really do prevent future breakouts.

Saves my skin

Absolutely love these I received these to try out when I ordered the deep “microdart patch and love them especially to use overnight they completely got all the gunk out of my pimple will most definitely be ordering these next time around. I love the fact that they give you something to try which makes it so much easier deciding what brand to get. The hero mighty patches are my all time favorite. Next I'd love to try is the extra large patch. Keeping my fingers crossed. Thanks again for a wonderful product!!!

Original mighty patch

I use these often during my hormonal acne flare ups and even on my back! I put one on during the daytime, typically during school, or leave it on overnight and the pimple is completely gone! So worth the money, i've been purchasing for years!

Perfect for daily and overnight use!

I dislike acne. Especially those annoying pimples that pop up center forehead! They're so unforgiving! Forget trying to pop it. It'll get red and angry for days! When I discovered Hero Cosmetics - Mighty Patch Original - Pimple Patches I was skeptical. How can this tiny circle help? These patches have proven time and time again size doesn't matter! Tiny patch helped soooo many pimples of different stages and locations! Say bye huge embarrassment on my face. Say bye to hiding pimples with weird hairstyles - which placing my hair in my face made me break out more! A few days of these patches on over night has worked better than any method I have tried!

Little Patch, Big Difference

I use Hero patches every single day. I can't think of a product that I use more frequently. I've tried other brands, they simply just don't do the same thing. I can't even begin to tell you how many time I've repurchased them. They're my holy grail product for a gal with acne-prone skin!

My Go-To

I have struggled with acne for years and was a little skeptical of buying pimple patches. One of my roommates told me about Hero's so I decided to try them. Let me tell you, these cleared up my acne better than anything else. Yes my acne is still there, but I have seen tremendous improvements and will continue to buy these.

Absolute Must Have

I got a pack as a stocking stuffer(which they're perfect for btw) and I actually keep buying them because I've bought 100's of dollars of acne creme and serum AND NOTHING WORKS, this helps cove the zit up while healing it and protecting it from bacterial infections, 100% would buy again, whoops I already did !

IT WORKS SO GOOD OMG

Such a tried and true pimple patch! I have been using these exact patches for years. They are one of the only patches that stay on all night. With other patches I will find they come off and I will find them stuck to my blanket.
They help to get rid of my pimples and make them less visible. I highly recommend them!
