Value For Money

Delivers low-frequency sound with good clarity.

Offers great value considering performance.

Can deliver clear sound, but may also be overly loud and boomy.

I think for the price, this speaker is probably nearly as good as can be found. in fact, even at regular price (I got on sale) that it's good value. Dual voice coil and fairly light which is a plus if your doing spirited driving. I will likely get another one to pair with this one.

I have two of these in my trunk, firing to the back and am running them at two ohms with a 1400 watt 2 channel amp.  I thought they would blow before the end of the day but they're holding stron in the box i tuned to 43 hertz. A pair of these with a pyle chopper sefies amp  and i noticed  that my breathing wasa little  harder when the lows hit. These subs are worth every penney and i would urge newbies to the audio world to try them out. Build a 3.66 cu. ft. Box and let the thunder roll!!

Bought this about two years ago beat the crap out of it and it still hits hard!!!!

I ran 2 hfx 12's in a mustang pushed by a autotek atx1500.2 
It sounded like a war zone. The subs handled everything the amp pushed through them. From old school rap to industrial to metal to dance. Don't be afraid to purchase and punish these subs. They can take it.

subs fried in just over a month. granted theyre cheap but for like 30 dollars more you can get rockfords off amazon rated at same wattage but much better construction and materials and greater audio quality. would not recommend to anyone. ever. even if theres a fire.
