This is a great chair for someone that spends a lot of time at the desk - whether that is the computer or at the desk for other reasons. The position takes a bit to get used to but with my back problems it has given me back support and relief. It is not for a sloucher that likes to tilt back but for someone that is interested in good back support and posture.

I saw the previous review stating that the chair tilts forward and thought, maybe it was just the way they put it together. I built one and a corworker built another one and there is no getting around it. The chair seat TILTS FORWARD! There is nothing you can do to fix it. It is the most awkward thing to sit all day feeling like you are going to slide out of the chair. The only pro I can think of for this is that I'm getting excellent core work right now holding myself up straight. I would not recommend this product. It is absolutely uncomfortable.

You get what you pay for

The chair has adjustable arm rest, back rest, and height...BUT, the seat tilts forward n that is not adjustable. It feels like you are falling forward or leaning towards desk. Takes some time to get use to.
