Purchased during COVID telework after my previous chair was causing back pains; this one has helped alleviate them. Had to work with it a bit to get it put together, but it was pretty straightforward.

My husband runs his business from our home so he spends a lot of time at the computer. He has been through several chairs over the last ten years.  I bought him this one because it was leather, had a very good price, had the high back and looked comfortable. When we received it and tried it - O H was it comfortable. He loves the arms and high back. I sits nicer than the other chairs because he is tall. Our dog sits in the back part of the seat as he works and loves it too.

Box was damaged when it was delivered and was missing two washers.
Directions were a little hard to use, because it was just pictures, but I figured them out.
Other then that, the chair is very comfortable, just wish it had a higher back on it so I could head support when I lean back in it.

Having to work from home and help my child with online school its easy for me to roll from one desk to another. It is also comfortable to sit on for long periods of time. The padding on arm rest is also soft and comfortable.

My son who bought the chair for me said he was jealous cause it looks and feels like a gaming chair.

This chair looks awesome online and looks really good in person. Unfortunately, the seat cushion went flat in a few days. The chair also slightly leans to the left and makes a clunking sound when leaned back or forward. (I put it together properly. I've assembled many an office chair.) I expected so much more for $149 plus tax and shipping (they didn't offer free site to store). I made the mistake of throwing out the box the next day because it was so big and we had no place to store it. Now I'm stuck with this chair.

Looks great but goes flat in a few days

I liked the chair until the moment I sat in it to find it hardly reclined. It's a decent chair, but a short recline kind of ruins the whole point.

P.S now I have to take it apart to send it back :)

Short recline, thumbs down.

Bought this chair and initially loved it. However, it started to have some minor issues with the locking lever a couple of months in. No problems, lots of chairs have issues with that. However, last month the hydraulic completely failed and the entire thing is useless now. Chair won't even remain upright, it flops to one side or another if you sit in it. Complete waste, completely overpriced, and I am ridiculously upset that I spent this much on a chair that didn't even last a year.
