This is absolutely the best chair I have used for my office. It's not big and flashy, but extremely sophisticated and classy for it's price. The white stitching was a feature that I couldn't resist, and when I received the actual chair, the cushioned lumbar support was something myself and all my friends delightfully noticed. The only downside was that the right arm rest came with several small scratches (the grey/silver plastic part). The chair would had been flawless if it weren't for that minor issue, but I was too lazy to return it since I had it shipped. I hope Walmart sees this review and offers a replacement part for my awesome chair.

Great chair, questionable delivery condition

The chair was easy to put together, looks great, is comfortable (love the lumbar support), it tilts nicely, and the lift has nice range. Definitely a good buy if you're considering a new chair.

The chair looks nice and feels goods, but I question some of the methods the designers engineered the assembly as the main stump of the chair sets on-top of the caster platform and the overall rigidness and durability of the product.

Looks nice but questionable about functionalibilty

Just received this chair ... easy to put together and so far seems to be a comfortable chair. Mid back support hits me at a fairly good position (note - I am 5'5" tall). I gave it a good (rather than excellent) rating since I am waiting to see how comfortable it will be sitting in it for long periods of time.

I actually really like this chair. I tried not to get a real office chair for so long because I don't generally like how office-y they look, but I finally bit the bullet and went for one and I'm quite happy with this one. I think it looks nice and modern enough that it doesn't [*] up my decor, I like that it's not too high back because head rests get in the way of my hair up, and it feels like goo

Perfectly Great Chair

I've had this chair for less than a year, and I'm already looking for a new one. Nice looking leather chair and very easy to put together, but it's not made for someone who sits in front of a computer for several hours a day. (I'm a computer tech and of average weight.) The seat is hard, and not in a good, supportive way. The padding is thin and apparently of poor quality. The back of the chair broke within the first couple of months. Overall, very uncomfortable, but would work if you're wanting something that looks nicer than it feels. As for me, I'll be rolling this chair out to the curb this weekend.

Uncomfortable!

The arms are fixed height and are very high. I'm 5'6" and the apex of the arms is practically in my armpit. If I rest my arms on them, my shoulders are hunched up a bit. When I sit, the hydraulic lift dips and then locks into the height I set, and when I stand it raises itself. The seat is very padded underneath the knees, which is great for leg support, but you have to make sure when you sit that you sit back far enough or you could push the chair out from under you. The lumbar support is excellent.
