1. No Lubrication Required: The pneumatic turbine vibrator requires no lubrication, only clean air. The vibrator uses very little compressed air in relation to the force they provide.
2. OMT CNC Machining: The pneumatic turbine vibrator uses the OMT CNC machining process to keep the vibrator within 2 microns of tolerance, high accuracy for high life.
3. High Vibration Force: The vibration force of this pneumatic turbine vibrator can be adjusted according to the air pressure, it can be started and stopped immediately, it is fast, high vibration force and safe.
4. Low Noise: The pneumatic turbine vibrator has an eccentric copper counterweight installed in the gears, air is charged into the air inlet hole to impact the gears to generate thrust to make the gears rotate, the centrifugal force of the eccentric counterweight generates vibration when rotating, the gears are driven by bearings, low noise.
5. Wide Application: This pneumatic turbine vibrator can be used for material conveying, vibratory screening, funnel vibration, helping to fill packaging, foundry sand mould vibration, etc.
