I bought this and the back references diagrams, which don't exist on or inside of the packaging. I have to google for actual instructions. Super frustrating.

No diagrams!

The instructions tell you reference a diagram.  There is no diagram anywhere on or in this package.  The photos listed are exactly what you get.

Diagram where???

No instructions are included to know which of the three ways to utilize this kit. If you are new to hanging a heavy picture or mirror, you could easily be confused. 
The white plastic drywall anchors are weak, they can and do break the tips off during install and will wallow out the hole. Since there are no instructions, people will use a battery driven driver and ruin the white plastic drywall anchors as well. this kit should have metal versions of those anchors. I would buy the kit even if the cost was raised slightly to cover those metal anchors, because the goal is to have a good install, and not worry about the possible failure of the supports.
Fix those issues and this kit gets a 5 star rating.

For setting up D ring wire, it says to look at diagram A. No diagrams came with product package

Instructions in three languages all reference diagrams.  There are no diagrams.  Wire and screws are just hardware so the product itself is a basic commodity, so unless it fails under load it's fine.  But instructions on packaging requires clear thinking and writing skill, so that lapse appears to be the fault of the importer, Hillman Group.

Where's the diagrams?

Bought this kit to hang a heavy mirror. It was easy to use and hang. Now fingers crossed it's right and stays....

The instructions say see Diagram A.  There is no diagram included anywhere.  I haven't tried to install this yet - hopefully it works and the picture doesn't fall off of the wall!

Just what I was looking for!!! This saved my expensive mirror that had the back wire damaged. I was panicking as to how to do about fixing it and this was so easy to use. I loved how easy it was to attach.
