Recently heard about Science Diet cat food for hairballs and urinary health. These are two big concerns with our 6-year-old furbaby, Ollie. So glad to see that Hills is addressing these concerns in one formula.

Keeping Middle Age Cat Healthy

My two cats have been eating this specific type of food for several years. Recently we got a bag that the kibble size is very small. My cats eat it without chewing it and are eating too much too fast. We definitely prefer the bigger kibble. They have to chew it and it slows them down. I have used hills science diet for all of my kitties for over 30 years. They are all healthy and long lived. The smaller kibble seems better suited to kittens and seniors.

I've tried many different brands and varieties but Savory Chicken Hairball Control is all my cat will eat.

Cat loves it

We have never used this brand until recently. One of our cats Luna, has chronic utis and frequented the vets office. We have seen a dramatic difference and she has had no problems since we have replaced their dry food. I was skeptical bc of the cost but it seems like our 3 cats are no longer binge eating. They seem like they are happier, more energetic, their coats feel softer, and the best part is that Luna is better now and no longer straining at the litter box. Thank you we appreciate it!

Game changer for cats with chronic utis

Exotic Shorthair cat was prescribed a "CD" food diet after Urine crystals caused illness. Since she's a soft fur breed she also suffered hairball issues. This is the best affordable solution for both. 6 months on $130 CD food still had hairballs, after this was tried temporarily due to budget found out Happy accident that fixed all her and our needs plus savings of 3 times the money. Loved by other Siamese Munchkin cat as well. Thanks for a great product and price.

My 3-year-old cat is an extremely picky eater and loves this food. I'm not exaggerating when I say he refuses to eat anything but Hills. I've been concerned about his urinary health because he doesn't like canned food and doesn't drink a lot of water. He was on another Hills food and I was hesitant to switch because I didn't know if he would like this variety. No problem at all! Apparently if it's Hills food, Merlin is happy. He really needs to be a spokeskitty for the company!

Nothing but Hills for Merlin!

I buy these for my 14 yr old cats. One of my cats only have 2 teeth, so has difficulty chewing dry food. They are fed Science Diet Hairball Control or Urinary Tract, in the morning, and the Science Diet Hairball Control wet food in the evening. Since sticking to this regimen, they haven't had a urinary tract infection in years.

Great for my 14 yr Old Cat!

Super disappointed that the size of the kibble is now half the size it has been for t past 2 years! I liked it when it was big as it made my cats have to bite it and hence, it would act like a tartar remover and keep their teeth cleaner! Will have to find a different product now.

Change in formula.

I came on here to see if the formula had changed and I found this review. I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed. All 3 of my cats are vomiting often (they rarely get sick) and this is very stressful with my baby that is learning to walk and having to constantly search for vomit. 
Used to love it but it looks like something was changed because our new bag is different and make my cat sick. I'll be on the lookout for new cat food now.
