I have 4 of these in my home that accent our new sofa bar.  I'm not sure what rubber wood is exactly but these are some solid bar stools.   Very sturdy and stable.   Seem to be well constructed and they were easy to assemble.

These stools are nice, would give it a 5 star but the seat itself came off the same day. Thankfully my husband is handy and put on longer bolts to keep it on.
