There should be a comment in the instructions to tape the glass sections together to assemble the light. Once if figured that out, installation was easy.

I have three of these and they look great in my hallway.

Nice lamp.  We  put it in ourselves and the directions were not very helpful. I think they were probably written in Chinese and then translated (badly). The lamp itself looks great.  It was just the installation that was difficult.
