Great buy!

I don't like the sound it's very muffled

I bought this unit since we don't watch cable.  I tried adding an external Apple TV, it didn't work.  I spoke with customer service and couldn't help.  They recommended to return it. 
The Apple TV built-in app doesn't support any application downloaded from the App Store.
