Works as advertised.  No issues from the start.  Have put approximately 2800 nails through the nailer in 3 weeks.  I am not a "pro" but am a DIY'r and Prosumer.  I have started to cycle out my 15 year old "home owner" nailers and am happy so far with the Metabo nailers that I have purchased. No jams or other issues so far.

I purchased a Metabo angled finish nail gun from my local lumber yard, and found that it was missing the soft nose.  The lumber yard did not have another gun to exchange at the time(and I was busy with a carpentry project that required the finish gun).  I contacted Metabo, and received the soft tip within a few days, at no charge.  Good service!

Decided on the 15ga for doing Hardietrim and this thing is a joy to use, light weight, well built and so far trouble free.

Excellent nailer

This nailer is a big upgrade for me from my leak prone 22 year old 18 gauge nailer. My favorite feature is the depth adjustment. It provides excellent control. The angle and low weight allow for overhead use and corners.

Working great on my 5in. Boards, love the quality of the 15 gauge nails! And it comes with a carrying case, to protect my tools, outstanding!!

Worked like a charm. Had previously borrowed a friends nailer and it jammed or misfired 3 out of 5 attempts. The Metabo was great and the air duster was great for cleaning up my chop saw after the project was finished. My wife also used the nailer and was impressed with the light weight of the tool compared to what we had previous experience with.

Best of all worlds

Used for the first time today.Worked very well,drove 1 1/4 " nails below the surface. I did have a couple of instances where the nailer would not fire---After rechecking the manual, i believe it was because i had the pressure set too low(below 60 lbs in both cases.) Like i said earlier, this was the first time I used it and am still learning the features--looks like its going to work just fine!

So far,great

I own and have owned a lot of finish nailers in the last 40 years. Couldn't get parts for my oldest Atro and needed a new 15 ga nailer. This is a fantastic nailer. It easily sinks 2.5 inch nails in old hard 2x4 white oak timbers!  Finished the last job with no issues. I like the  head shape on these nails because they have a tiny round head and suck the joints down tight.

I have been using Hitachi air tools for more years than I care to remember and have never had to send one in for repair, unlike other brands that I purchased early in my career.
No drama, they just work well. I've had other well known brands that could never be made to drive nails reliably no mater what the authorized service tech did to them.

Why once found I've stuck with Hitachi.

Bought this tool to install hardwood flooring, install crown molding and to use for cabinet making. It is a much better bargain than I realized. I see others may have had trouble shooting nails, but I have shot several thousand in different sizes and never had one misfire. I don't even use the Hitachi brand nail. I have a Dewalt 18 gauge nailer and this is so much better. No bent nails and it goes straight through all knots. I would buy again if this ever wears out.
