Reliability

Ease Of Use

We're a commercial swimming pool contractor that uses this model stapler for our rough framing construction phase at every job. We've had the same one for 5+ years, and have not had any lapses in performance or repairs needed.

Metabo HPT N5008AC2 - Consistent and reliable

metabo-hpt.com

Great stapler. Perfect for installing sheathing. Purchased to replace my old one, from a different MFG. The quality of the Metabo is much better.

Metabo crown stapler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased Hitachi nail guns in the past and I am very pleased with their quality. I also have Metabo hand held disc grinders that just wont wear out, had them since 2005. the change to Metabo HPT was not a concern at all.

top notch tools

I used this to attach western red cedar siding that I had to replace. The 2" staples worked great and didn't split the wood yet hold very well. Using a nail gun for this application is so, so much better than using regular nails. It's a fairly expensive tool but in my case I really couldn't go without it. It's pretty heavy but that's understandable given the power it's delivering.

Powerful, rugged, simple to operate

I have used Paslode products in the past. I have been slowly changing most of my air tools & drills over to Hitachi. My new sheeting stapler does not miss a beat. My Paslode sheeting stapler miss fires quite often & is especially bad considering it is a fairly new gun. The new Sheeting stapler works GREAT. I also bought another Coil siding nailer to add to the other one I have. They work great installing Hardie siding,

This sheeting stapler works great

I am a beekeeper and make a few hundred boxes a month. Hoping this lasts years. Pleasure to use, ergonomic and sinks staples. I really like the balance of this gun and how it feels in my hands. I try to make boxes in batches. Secures them beautifully. Wish I bought it years ago.

Great Purchase for Commercial Shop

This is a fantastic tool. I got it to install roof decking, sheathing and build shipping crates. A few thousand staples so far, no issues. I used the great grandfather of this tool as an apprentice, a 30 year old Hitachi. Flick of the wrist, follow the rafter and you have a staple every 4 inches. I miss the metal magazine but plastic is lighter and doesn't rust. Would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Love it

I looked for days going from pawn shop to pawn shop,,all I found was some body's junk tools. Never once saw a Hitachi pneumatic tool of any kind. What does that tell you about Hitachi. I looked on line found it and drop shipped to my door in 3 days. When it comes to a pneumatic tool that is used every day I always buy Hitachi because they never let me down....................I been a carpenter in the building industry since 1978. G Unit Manassas va.

Awesome tool!!!!

Has previously did fence repair with an under-sized narrow crown staple gun. So happy that Metabo HPT launched their 7/16” Staple gun recently. On Christmas Day I was outside fixing a fence that 40mph winds had taken down and this is the only tool I needed.

Perfect Jobsite Tool for Good Neighbor Fence

I bought this new just out of box. Shot one clip of staples thru it and it wouldn't shoot the remainder of staples without having to put pressure on magizine lever that holds the staples. To me the spring in the magazine is to weak. If you put 2 stips of staples in the magazine it will shoot fine, but from then on you have to use your thumb to put pressure on the magazine lever tp provide enough pressure to cycle the next staple

doesn't work well
