I got my 3D shitzu true touch massager  this week I have used it twice one time at night and one time in the morning when I came from the gym both times I fell asleep in it it really feels like somebody has their elbows in your back . awesome invention! I have had this massager for three weeks now.  
I use it every other night for my tight muscles.  
Works excellent.  
I have one issue.  The neck massager is too high up and won't work on my neck unless I stack pillows in the seat.  It does not adjust.  It hits just above my ears.  I'm 5'3”.   Other than that I really like it.  Easy to carry and easy to use.  Love the selections of massages.

Great choice of features

This massager is amazing. It feels like there is an actual masseuse giving your aching back a deep tissue massage. I would definitely recommend this product to anyon who suffers with back pain or sore back muscles.

Every massage cushion Shiatsu has offered since 2006, has been purchased for family use.   But, the 3D TruTouch  is the ultimate product.

Best TOTAL massage therapy ever!

I've bought several of these over the years.  I have degenerative disk disease so I couldn't  make it through the day without one.

I've had back issues since I was little and it's gotten worse since I'm always on the go.But this massage helps so much especially with the heat setting

Helps ease back pain and tension

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shiatsu massage cushion really helped my back and neck issues. I've had back and neck pain for years. I've had several different ones, and this by far has been the best. I use this daily and I feel a lot better. It is a little bigger than I expected but works great. Easy to move around and operate.

Great at home massager

I had already purchased previous versions. This version includes "Tapping" which is a welcome addition. The product is solid, hopefully will last at least as long as the one being replaced.
The biggest shortcoming is the placement of the rollers and overall size of the cushion. There is a large gap in the massage areas between the cervical and thoracic regions (upper back). Also, the cervical (neck) massaging rollers are set way too high. I am 5'8" (considered very close to average) and by default the massaging rollers knock at my skull. Sitting on an added cushion, I can finally manage to my neck.

Good, but far from great !

I bought this in March. The areas that it reaches on my back - I love it.  HOWEVER, it doesn't go all the way up to the shoulders.  Also, the head portion just pinches the back of my head and doesn't reach my neck. The remote doesn't work either.  Also, it is so heavy that it is leaving a dent in the cushion of my chair. I didn't realize I only had 30 days to return it so I'm stuck with it.

There is good but there is more bad

We got this as a gift for our son and are returning this.  The unit is uncomfortable to sit on and is overall hard.  The massage is uncomfortable and the unit doesn't have features that make many adjustments.  Overall value for price is not there for us.
