I bought this after frustrations with “cool” humidifiers and using the old fashioned vaporizer that was either “off” or “on”.  With respiratory issues - I need “warm” and living in a dry area I need to be able to regulate the level of humidity in my bedroom. This unit has everything!   The “cool” one left a white film on everything and I was breathing it in too!  AND love that this has a timer on it!  I can start it before bed and turns off a couple hours later!  It's awesome!  Wish I hadn't wasted my money on the “cool” humidifiers.  Will be purchasing another one!

The top fill is ultra convenient, and the water tank is large. The tank holds 1.38 gallons/5.2 liters, more than enough to meet my needs. It provides 85 hours of continuous runtime. This machine has a programmable humidistat, an auto-off timer up to 8 hours, 5 mist settings, and a on/off night light. The LED digital display is easy to read, and is straightforward to operate. It will automatically turn off if it runs out of water. It is made with Clean Tank Technology to help protect the tank from dreaded mold or mildew. It comes with an essential oil tray, and 3 pads if you want to add some scent. Also included is 1 demineralization cartridge, so if you have hard water, fear not. It is aesthetically pleasing, definitely not an eye sore. It is super quiet, you do not hear this running. It measures approximately 19”H x 8”W (at it's widest part), and the cord is long, about 70”. The coverage area is 521 ft sq/48.4 m sq. I have mine in my bedroom. I am obsessed with this humidifier. I am simply loving the benefits of the increased humidity. My skin, and hair feel nice. I feel like I sleep better. I am very happy with this humidifier.

Bought this at the end of January and it just isn't good. It randomly shuts off on a full tank saying out of water. Sometimes it likes to leak out.  Humidifier set to shut off at 45% but will shut off after 2 or 3 minutes on when humidity is around 30% in the room. Past 2 days it's been very dry here and the humidifier tank is still full.  I'd return this if I could
