Had one from same company. It was good but guess our water is too hard cuz it died. 
Didn't have receipts. So ordered thos one.
Am using distilled water %26 kept receipts. 
It has a lot of features one being the percentage of humidity you want. Like that.

This HoMedics humidifier does a great job of adding humidity to our dry, Arizona air, the humidity of which is often in the single digits.  We use reverse osmosis-filtered water to prevent mineral build up in it from hard water, and we also clean it regularly.  We have only had this unit for a few weeks, but it is the third one we have owned.

Good Humidifier!

I like that it's a 2 gallon tank and the unit has option to my satisfaction.  Very easy to manage and clean.  
I highly recommend this humidifier.

Humidifier

Bottom of the tank shattered at the base and cracked when filled with water.  It wasn't dropped it sat on the floor and was filled from the top.

did not work after the first fall season in Winter that I used it I cleaned it with vinegar cleaned it very well packed it away in the same box brought it out never worked again

This is my third humidifier over the years. Received it the first part of September.  It has started leaking in the past several days. Absolutely ruined the finish on my nightstand.  I cannot find an obvious source for the leak.  Possibly from the rusted area in pics below b
