The great thing about these is that they strike the perfect balance with good grip without being too rough on sweaty hands, and soft enough to not be too loud or rough on your floors when setting them down. Great set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have read that resistance exercise like weight training is one of the best ways of reversing the loss of muscle mass as you age.  I am a 69-year-old woman just getting back into exercise.   I have recently started using weights in my exercise routine in hopes to strengthen my body and build muscle mass.  These weights are perfect for me! I really like the hexagon shape because they don't roll away from me when I set them down.  The textured grips are nice too and easy to pick up and set back down into the sturdy rack.  I am currently using the weights at home but plan to use the them when I go for my morning walks as well.

They provide a great workout and you can place them wherever in the house or gym I love them I would definitely recommend

Great weights

The HolaHatha weight set and rack are top notch. From the rubberized hexagon shape that doesn't roll to the etched grip ergonomic bar.  The rack is sufficient and sturdier than it first appears for the deal you're getting.  My only issue was the long-existing toxic rubber smell.  I put both a charcoal bag and box of baking soda near the set and overtime the smell is almost gone.

I highly dislike the rubber smell it leaves behind so I'm trying to figure out how to get the smell out. In all these are great for working out at home.
