I got this item to keep birds from building nest on a cabinet on my porch, it worked great.  No birds even come close anymore.  I am very satisfied with this item.

We had a woodpecker destroying the stucco on our chimney and this fake owl decoy has scared the bird away! We filled the owl with sand and placed it on our deck and moved it every few days. Highly recommend!!

Scares annoying birds away

not a bad price for lightweight decorative owl

Every spring I have birds that come and make a nest on an outside wall lamp on my deck.  Every time I take the starting of a nest down they just come back and start a new one the next day.  If I put something (like a ball the size of a softball) between the light fixture and the house the birds just move to the next light fixture.  Owl did the trick.  I filled with some sand and it sits on top of the deck railing.  I would highly recommend.  Now if I can just get the squirrels to stay out of my shed…

Keeps the birds away!

So far so good. The crows stay in the neighbors trees and electric lines. No more bird mess on my patio nor digging in my flower pots. Just be sure to quietly place the owl in different areas on the patio every other day or so. Cause these crows are very smart.

Worth it

We have a garden fish pool and the Ibis enjoyed dinner of our Koi. Since we added this and a net the Ibis have not visited. The new koi are safe.

An attractive addition to your garden

these ARE NOT even close to 16 inches tall.  They are barelt 10 inches from the tip of the ear. Don't waste your money.

Owl was only 10 inches tall. not 16 as described.

This 'decoy' did nothing to deter birds! I had/have a problem with birds this year, sitting on my pool rails and leaving ALOT of droppings. So I decided to try propping an owl up out there. Nope! I have pictures of the birds right next to the owl decoy! So, yeah, looks cute, but does nothing to deter whatever it is you want deterred.
