fluffing this tree out of the box was difficult to do due to the poor pre-lit light job. The wires were horribly wrapped around multiple branches, particularly the top. After battling with the wires (just what you're trying to avoid by getting a prelit tree) and finally getting the tree somewhat presentable (although with large patches with minimal lights) we found that the top third of the lights are a different color than the bottom when on the warm white setting. After waiting for our delayed delivery we have some incredibly disappointed people here. Mom doesn't want to waste a couple hundred dollars on a defective product and we have kids crying at the prospect of waiting for another tree to arrive.

Poor quality and execution

Tree is very pretty and full but the 7ft tree is not 4ft in diameter as described. The branches are flimsy and not strong enough to to hold most ornaments
