<ul><li><strong>Professional Assembly Service</strong>: Includes assembly of one customer-supplied Outdoor Swing Set per product instructions by We Install It Services.</li><li><strong>Customer Communication</strong>: Installer will call the customer within 48 hours upon receiving the order, excluding non-normal business hours.</li><li><strong>Homeowner Presence Required</strong>: Homeowner or an adult representative (18+ years) must be present for installation site location and a completion walk-through inspection.</li><li><strong>Site Preparation Responsibility</strong>: Homeowner must provide access to electricity within 150 feet of the installation site and prepare a flat, level surface (if applicable) prior to installer arrival.</li><li><strong>Fixed Pricing</strong>: Services are offered at affordable, fixed prices.</li></ul>
