It is made of distressed wood, glass, and a metal top with hanging loop. It is big enough for a large candle and is vented on top so it can be lit and left inside the lantern. I Highly recommend it.

Holds very large candles, Lets beautiful soft candle light luminate throughout the area its sitting in. Would love to have 2 of them for end tables next to the bed. :) Would be soft romantic lighting for a romantic night!! I highly recommend!!

Large Monticello Candle lantern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Large Monticello Candle Lantern just in time to add ambiance to my dinner last night .It is such nice size and appears well made of a wooden frame,metal roof and bottom, with glass panels and door.The front has a door with a little latch that makes it so easy to insert your candle.A plus is that it can be placed on your table  or hung up using the metal loop.I like this so much  that I plan to purchase a matching one for my patio.Recommend to family and friends.
