[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best small portable air conditioner I've ever used.  This unit will create a LOT of water as it cools and dehumidifies your room.  You will have to use an upper drain hose to capture the excess water created while cooling rooms in a humid environment.  I've captured as much as 2-3 gallons of water over night which I use for watering house and garden plants.  Yes, it may be a pain in the butt to empty water out every night BUT you will not find a small unit that will cool as quickly as this one.  In dryer environments the unit will blow excess water out of the exhaust hose but in humid/hot environments the AC will shut down with a P1 error code.  Once you get this code you will need to drain the lower and possibly upper sections of the HVAC.  IF you are willing to add the plastic drain hose to the upper drain and collect the water produced from the unit, you will be very happy with the cooling air that this unit provides!
