I had been waiting for this ottoman for quite some time and when it arrived, it was not the size I ordered.  I was so dissapointed.  I never took it out the box.  

So now I have to go through the hassle of returning it through no fault of my own.  I am including this in a review because it does speak to the company's  QA orocess.
