Upset friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The diffuser is very simple and straightforward to use. Looks great and is very effective. I would suggest 1 for a normal size room or 2 for a large open area.

Functional & fashionable

Makes the whole house smell wonderful! We were on the fence as to whether these diffusers were better than “ plug in “ scents since they are significantly more expensive. Definitely worth the price! We use it daily.

Get this diffuser!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a person with roommates I have tried almost every diffuser I could find to help diffuse against all the weird smells that go on in this house! This is the most subtle, hideaway great smelling all around device ever! I not only use the oils it comes with but it works just as great with natural oils!

Best diffuser I've ever used!

After 10 months of use, the thing is dead and now i have 2 wait for a replacement some time in December, its September ...kind of disappointing. I bought 2 around the same time hoping its just the one that goes bad. It's a great product but might try a different brand

Loved it while it worked

Sleek looking unit and fairly quiet. It is overpriced and could use some updates so you can tell when it's on and how many times the scent will trigger when using the timer function.

Pretty to look at

I have several of these units & love them but for some reason this unit doesn't seem to emit my fragrance oils. Disappointed that I have to return but hope it's just a defective unit, not an all across the board issue.

Disappointing

I've had this unit for a few months now. It was working fine, but recently, when I turn it on, it stays on for only a few seconds before shutting off again. I've tried several different troubleshooting options to figure out what's wrong, but nothing has worked so far.

Not recommended

The idea behind this device is good, and the natural oil scents are great—but the software is an absolute disaster. It's painfully basic, unreliable, and forgets all your settings if the power goes out, forcing you to manually re-enable scheduling every time.

It's painfully obvious that the app was outsourced to India at the cheapest possible cost. Corners were cut in exactly the wrong places, and the result is a product that feels broken and cheap. It honestly feels like the CEO is making decisions without any regard for quality, cutting corners where it matters most. Educate your executives and make them take responsibility—stop making stupid mistakes like this.

On top of that, you promised multiple scheduling time slots—morning, afternoon, and night—but never delivered. For the price you're charging, this level of incompetence is unacceptable. The product could have been great, but instead, it's frustrating and disappointing.
