I always have some neck pain and tension and this neck massager really does the trick. My favorite part about the massager is that it's batter powered so I don't have to keep an obnoxious long cord connected when I use it. Sometimes I bring this out to my backyard and use it while sitting by the fire. Nothing better.

Gets the knots out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This neck massager is perfect for aches and pains. There is really no setup process. You can take it out of the box and it is ready to use. It is rechargeable so no batteries are necessary. It massages at a steady pace with the right amount of pressure, however, you can use the straps to apply more pressure as needed. The cushioning is very nice if you are laying back. A full charge only took me about and hour. The heat option is a very nice addition as it relaxes your muscles to really get a deep massage. Great product!

This easy-to-use hand-held massager hits all the right spots. It comes with a USB cord for easy charging from any outlet. All you need is your own charger block that fits any USB cord. It charges quickly and is ready to use in no time at all. With a simple press of a button, the unit turns on and comfortably grips your neck. This deep kneading machine works out all of the tension and knots. If you like heat, simply press the three heat wave icons located by the power button and the unit will heat up. When you no longer require the heat, simply press it again, and it will turn the heat off. The two flexible handles fit comfortably in my hands, and make it easy for me to position the Shiatsu massager exactly where I need it. If this unit becomes dirty, it must be spot cleaned only with a damp cloth. I like that this unit is cordless and rechargeable. I am able to take it with me everywhere. I can have an instant massage anywhere I go.

Easily Dissolves Tension and Knots

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I carry a huge amount of my stress and tension in my neck and shoulders. I was so excited for this to arrive in my mail. It has been a perfect closer to my nights as I can sit and watch tv while working out some of my knots. 

One of my favorite features is how transportable it is. Since it is rechargeable and doesn't have a cord, you aren't tied to one specific spot. Another highlight is the heat therapy feature. (I almost like that feature more than the actual kneading.) It is so relaxing and just enough where you get some relief but aren't overheated. 

It does take some adjusting at times to get it to hit exactly where you want it to since the massage surface area is more pinpointed and rigid. 

Overall, I would say that it is a simple, easy-to-use design that does what it says it is advertised to do.

Targeted Relief and Relaxation

It has rotating massage heads and comfort-grip handles that allow you to adjust the amount of pressure you want on your neck. You can use it with or without heat.  It is cordless and charges with a USB  cord that is included.

Tension relief

It hold a charge long enough to get a couple uses out of it. We love that when it is charged it is cordless. It makes it easy to use where ever he settles his bottom after getting home from work.

After using the product for just 5 minutes he stated he noticed that his neck region was feeling less tense and tight. This caused the pain in his upper back to dissipate also. This makes it great for situations where USB charging is readily available and the need for cordless operation is necessary.  Overall, it works well as a neck massager and has two straps that let you angle the decide and apply more pressure in certain areas.  The heat functionality is light - don't expect a heating pad (remember this is a battery powered device) but the heat is noticeable and a nice addition.

A more gentle neck massage experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of this neck massager is not ideal and may work for some people, but did not work well for myself or anyone else in my household.  I could not actually use this while keeping my head up and face forward, such as watching television.  The massager did not even touch the back of my neck unless I looked down.  This is not a relaxing position.  Also, due to this position, I was not able to rest against the back of a chair or sofa so that I wouldn't have to hold onto the straps the entire time I was using it.  The only positive about this massager was the heat setting.  It did heat up fairly quickly and the heat does feel good, but that does not make up for the design flaws.
