This year he's been spraying outside of the box and in random places. I purchased this and have been giving him it in wet food mixed with extra water. two days after taking this it really helps. I recommend it highly.

If you have a dog that just won't take a pill or even a chew, or if you want to really find the precise  lowest dosage possible the drops might work best.  As far as how well they stop the leakage my dog was on a prescription and I'm trying to find a cheaper alternative. So far so good. (It's been about a week)

The incontinence problem seems to have slowed somewhat but we are still doing 3 doses a day because we stopped too soon in the beginning and went to 2 times a day but it got bad again.  I can't be sure it is going to work yet but we are hopeful.

Before buying, I checked reviews and found them very positive and inspiring. Seemed to work great for everyone. Unfortunately, it did nothing for my dog.
