Assembly

More than pleased with this item. Good construction, stable, sturdy shelves, easy to assembly (takes a couple of hours, tho), and perfect size if you're looking for a smaller kitchen island.  Would definitely recommend this item.

Perfect for the kitchen...I love it️️

This island shipped sooner than promised.  It came in one large box instead of the two boxes as described.  My husband is handy, and it took him about 2 hours to assemble.  There is one small ding inside one door, otherwise it arrived in good shape.  The stainless steel top fingerprints, but a minor issue.  It fits perfectly in our laundry room and offers great storage.  I would order again.  Price comparable to other units I considered.

This product arrived earlier than I thought. It did have a couple of scratches in unassuming places but over all it was in good shape and looks great. My wife loves it and I'll recommend this to anyone.

Great looking piece

1 door's hinges incorrectly drilled.  Had to drill new holes.  Missing 7 screws.  Had to purchase from hardware store.   Difficult putting drawers together without help.  1 drawer panel warped.  Had to replace.  Like it now that issues are fixed.

Has problem areas

I I read many reviews regarding several of the kitchen islands available for purchase from Walmart.  I felt that I was adequately prepared to put the piece together.  

I was wrong.

First it comes with "directions" that merely show a few pictures of the island in mid-assembly.  There are no instructions as to what order to put the pieced together in.  Try as I might, I still had to back track on two separate occasions because I guessed wrong.  

When you turn the page to the next photo, the doors have magically been installed.  That is when you realize that you can not put the doors on (drop hinges)  because you've put the top on the cart like they told you to on the previous page.  

Finally, after everything was put together, I tried to put the drawers in, nope.  The tracks were installed wrong at the manufacturer.  Can only use one of the drawers.  Had to remove the factory drawer tracks and re-install them at the correct height.

This cart is very attractive, I will enjoy using it in my kitchen.

Come prepared with patience and the ability to decipher horrible "directions" .

Frustrating Build

The cabinet itself is nice, however, one of the panels arrived damaged and the pre-drilled fasteners for the top did not align with the cabinet case, so we had to remove them and mount the top with brackets.

Nice cabinet but some trouble with assembly

I have bought flat pack furniture before and for this price I was not expecting perfection. What I didn't expect however was for 3 of the pieces to have deep enough dings that the wood underneath showed through. 2 of them were on the bottom piece where the doors go and showed when the doors were closed, one was the corner of 1 of the drawers. The wheels attach with 4 screws each. On one of the wheels only 3 had a threaded hole. The handle on one of the doors could not be attached with both screws because the hole was drilled slightly off. One of the doors does not close because the magnet is set off just enough so that it will not catch. As you probably guessed all of these things came up during assembly and at that point we had everything spread out and most of the packaging had been bagged for the trash. Too much hassle to try and get it back to the store for a refund. I colored in the dents with black marker. I'm going to have to Crazy Glue the part of the handle that won't screw on, figure something out to get the door to stay closed and be careful with the corner wheel that only has 3 screws when I move the cart. Disappointed to say the least. Don't waste your money on this one.
