Probably no one but unless you are buying high-end furniture you will probably have to assemble it. This wasn't terribly difficult but the instructions were a bit vague and we relied a lot on pictures and not on the actual directions since they never *said* to put pegs in or add screw locks, etc. Once we got past the first part of the assembly (which was kind of fiddly because nothing was screwed together) it went pretty quickly. It looks nice, feels sturdy and is perfect for our needs.
