This bed exceeded my expectations. Beautiful bed and made very solidly. I LOVE it! I was nervous because it was such a great price, but it is a beautiful piece of furniture.

I wanted a bed that was practical but visually appealing, and most importantly - affordable. I'll be honest, I had no intention of spending $500+ on a bed frame... until I started looking both online and in stores and realized that to get a nice, quality bed frame, I was going to have to part with more money than I intended. But I could not be happier with my purchase. First and foremost - it was delivered within days of my order. It was packaged very well so all the pieces were in great condition (which is something I worry about when having something shipped). My husband was able to assemble it with minor assistance from me in about an hour. Only "complaint" I have is that I purchased this as a platform bed (which it states in the description that box springs are not required) however there were only three support slats with this bed which did not fully support our memory foam mattress, so we had to get additional slats to use (which we actually just took apart some boards from an extra privacy fence panel and placed those vertically across the slats and it worked perfectly - so easy fix, otherwise I may not have given this 5 stars).

In terms of quality - this bed is worth every penny. It's very sturdy and much to my great relief has withstood becoming the newest "cat tree" in my house - I was originally wanting to get a metal frame because I have cats that love to climb and inevitably scratch surfaces in the process. Within hours of setting the bed up, sure enough, the cats had to explore and I cringed as I heard their claws scrape the surface as they tried to jump onto the top of the headboard... this is a daily occurrence and after almost 2 weeks, I have yet to see an actual scratch in the wood! I am thrilled! That's not to say that in time a scratch or two won't appear, but for durability, I am beyond pleased and would definitely buy this bed again!

Beautiful Piece!

Great value!

It was easy to put together. It is not white but off white. Seems really sturdy. Very heavy. It matched the end table and dresser that is listep with it. Got all 3 peices. The dresser has a velvet drawer it is cute too.

Looks very nice

The bed is very pretty, but not the best quality. however, it's cheap, and does the job. I ordered it on a Saturday and it was delivered on Tuesday. It was chipped some.

Good for the money

The bed itself is ok for the price. I am very disappointed in the color though. In the picture it looked very white but it is more of a cream color. Most of the reviews were great so I ordered it, but I wish I would have paid more attention to the bad review which addressed the color issue. I noticed out of the box that it was an off white but thought it might work ok. I was wrong, in the bedroom it is extremely noticeable with the white crown molding and base boards.

We brought the bed home in 3 large boxes. We opened the headboard box, and the first thing I noticed was that the bed is NOT WHITE as advertised. In the picture it looks very white, but it's actually off-white or a cream color. It was especially noticeable next to my very white baseboards and trim. Second thing I noticed in the headboard, which is the largest and most visible piece, lots of noticeable gaps between the pieces that could have easily been filled with caulk or putty for a finished and professional look. Looked awful & cheap, and I was really disappointed. Third thing I noticed, some pieces were damaged & paint chipped. That was it for me. We packaged everything right back up and took it back to the store. Never even opened the other boxes, so cannot comment on anything else.

Not what I expected, and poor workmanship

I am very upset with this bed. It is not white but off white. I bought the bedroom set the stands are white white but the bed is off white and has completely ruined my design of room. all of it was such a pain to put together To return it would be an even bigger nightmare.

Don't buy.
