Exactly as described

Installed on wall....holes to install are not 16 inche's apart so could not screw into studs on both sides.  Overall is good...could be more flush but working and looking goid

Does its job

Bought two.  One had a corner that was not properly coated so looks a bit damaged. The shelves are a bit flimsier than then I expected.

The left end is cracked on the sense of depth and I noticed it once installed

Finished products

The mounting bracket does not mount well and has a lot of movement which then causes the shelf to not mount flush with the wall. Ended up being more work than it was worth and damaged the wall. Eventually got it to mount well enough that I could put her clock and a small picture frame on it but would not trust it to hold the 20lbs it is rated for.

This was my second time (trying) To purchase these shelves, I was extremely disappointed boxes, completely destroyed, tape stuck to the shelves. It's self corners of the shelves, completely smashed and missing screws from two out of the three shelves I bought.

Very disappointing

The shelves are great but I've ordered them twice now and both times both shelves have arrived damaged. I believe they are not packaged with enough care and when shipped they are not handled with care and they crack and break before or upon arrival on my doorstep. Frustrating.

Broken shelves every time

Very disappointed in the product. The shelf fits loosely onto the metal bracket making it impossible to secure it flush to the wall. After spending over an hour installing and double checking the tightness of all screws I'm left with a shelf that tilts noticeably away from the wall. I now have to go buy brackets to secure it just so I can be sure the cheap thing won't tear my drywall out.

Loose to the point of being nonfunctional.
