This frame was s appealing to the eye but you get what you pay for.
Corners are well mitered and the frame has a nice shape and  width.
The things to be aware of- there was no film covering the plastic, so I was surprised there were no scratches.
The hooks on the very cheap cardboard backing are so flimsy that mine fell right off. I had to super glue it back on and pray it won't fall off again and drop my poster to the floor. They really should make the backing and hooks much better.see picture

Low cost frame with issues

This is a basic black frame - plexiglass front. it looks fine hanging. Very important to know - the   hook on the back to hang with pulls off really easily, and there is no reattaching it after that.

fine for the price

The frame was the perfect size, I like the  wooden frame but the film or "glass" came scratched, twice.  It's a hassle to have to return it.  It's not an easy process.

Cheap - two of the corner binding cracker and broke before I could remove the back.  The wood is so cheap like dry wood that it wobbled once the back "cardboard" was removed.  Everything on this is poorly "constructed" and will have to be returned.  

I remember when $16 bought a nicely constructed frame not one that had to be reinforced with tape.  Looks like Mainstay has chosen the wrong path.
